Dating screener interest

Help us interview with care.

Aligned Courtship is building a small, trusted bench of female screeners for private, high-discretion relationship-readiness conversations. This is careful human work, not profile browsing or sales.

What a dating screener does.

Female screeners help Aligned Courtship understand whether a woman is ready to participate in a serious, private introduction process. The work is conversational, structured, confidential, and documented. A screener is never the person being matched.

  • Conduct private screening conversations with women applicants or participants when assigned.
  • Listen for maturity, consistency, relationship readiness, values alignment, and respect for boundaries.
  • Document notes carefully inside the admin system without turning private stories into gossip or entertainment.
  • Escalate safety concerns, financial requests, coercion, privacy misuse, or dishonesty immediately.
  • Help preserve the difference between a thoughtful introduction and pressure to accept one.

What this role is not.

  • Not therapy, coaching, legal advice, or crisis response.
  • Not a sales role and not commission-based matchmaking.
  • Not public profile review, swiping, browsing, or social-media scouting.
  • Not a promise of steady hours, full-time work, or immediate assignments.

Working model.

Status

Paid contractor interest only at this stage. Submitting the form is not an offer, assignment, or employment relationship. This path is for female screener candidates and adjacent professional collaborators.

Hours

Initially part-time and variable by assignment. Scope, expectations, and compensation are discussed before any interview or engagement.

Location

Screening conversations may happen by Zoom or, where appropriate, by appointment near Scottsdale, Arizona.

Confidentiality

Screeners may handle private answers, photos, notes, and safety concerns from women applicants. Confidentiality and access controls are not optional.

Who should express interest.

  • A female professional presence that feels calm, discerning, and emotionally safe for women applicants.
  • Therapist, counselor, matchmaker-adjacent, coaching, recruiting, ministry, HR, or other mature people-work experience.
  • Respect for confidentiality and comfort handling sensitive personal information.
  • Clear written notes, careful boundaries, and low ego.
  • A calm, non-shaming way of discussing marriage, family, faith, intimacy, safety, and relationship readiness.

What happens after you submit.

A real person reviews your interest form. If there may be a fit, the next step is a private conversation about experience, availability, compensation structure, training, confidentiality, background-check expectations, and conflicts of interest.
