1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of yourself, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements below.

2. Eligibility and 18+ Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aligned Courtship.

By using the website or submitting information, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• you are using the service for lawful, personal, relationship-oriented purposes;
• you are not prohibited by law from using the service;
• all information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete; and
• you will promptly update us if any material information changes.

Aligned Courtship is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly accept applications from minors, arrange introductions involving minors, or permit minors to participate.

3. Description of Service

Aligned Courtship is a private, curated introductions and courtship platform for consenting adults.

The service is not a swipe dating app. We do not provide public dating profiles, public browsing, swiping, open messaging, or unrestricted access to participants.

Women may apply through the website for free. Men are private, referral-only, and may be screened before being represented or introduced. We may review applications, conduct screening calls, request verification, prepare internal notes or evaluations, and arrange limited curated introductions between consenting adults when we believe an introduction may be appropriate.

The service is designed to support serious, marriage-minded courtship. It is not designed for casual dating, hookups, adult entertainment, sex work, financial arrangements, sugar dating, solicitation, transactional relationships, or exploitative relationships.

4. Women Apply Free

Women may submit an application without charge.

Applying does not create a membership, client relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, entitlement to service, or guarantee of review, acceptance, interview, screening call, introduction, match, relationship, engagement, marriage, children, or any other outcome.

If Aligned Courtship later offers paid services, those services may be governed by separate written agreements, disclosures, cancellation rights, refund terms, and other legally required terms. Do not rely on these public website Terms as the full agreement for any paid service.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Aligned Courtship does not guarantee:

• that your application will be reviewed;
• that you will receive a screening call;
• that you will be accepted;
• that you will receive an introduction;
• that any introduction will result in a date;
• that any person will be compatible with you;
• that any participant is safe, truthful, emotionally available, financially stable, relationship-ready, marriage-ready, or otherwise suitable;
• that any relationship will form or continue;
• that you will become engaged or married;
• that you will have children;
• that any participant will behave appropriately online or offline; or
• that screening, verification, or background checks will identify every risk.

Any references to compatibility, courtship readiness, values alignment, emotional maturity, family goals, relationship standards, screening, verification, or background checks are descriptive only and are not guarantees.

6. Application Review and Screening

We may review applications, conduct screening calls, request additional information, ask follow-up questions, verify identity or other information, prepare internal notes, assign internal status tags, and decide whether a participant may be considered for introductions.

Subject to applicable law, we may accept, decline, reject, remove, suspend, pause, or refuse any applicant or participant at any time and for any reason or no reason, including concerns about truthfulness, safety, alignment, readiness, conduct, values, communication style, availability, relationship status, or suitability for the service.

We are not required to provide an explanation for any decision. We may choose not to respond to any application, inquiry, or request.

7. Verification and Background Checks

Aligned Courtship may request identity verification, employment or professional verification, relationship-status confirmation, public-record review, social or reputational review, criminal background screening where legally available, financial-readiness information, or other verification before representing a participant or arranging private introductions.

Verification and background screening are designed to confirm identity, reduce obvious safety risks, and protect participants before private introductions are made. They do not prove safety, guarantee honesty, establish compatibility, or eliminate risk.

We may use third-party vendors for verification or background screening. Before obtaining any third-party consumer report, investigative consumer report, background check, or similar report where required by law, we will request any additional disclosures, authorizations, notices, or consents required by applicable law.

You understand that not every participant may be subject to the same type or level of screening. You should not assume that any participant has been background checked unless we specifically tell you that a specific screening step was completed.

8. Participant Truthfulness

You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information.

You must not misrepresent or omit material facts, including facts about your:

• name, age, date of birth, location, or identity;
• relationship status;
• marital status;
• dating or sexual involvement with others;
• desire for marriage or children;
• criminal history, if requested lawfully;
• employment or professional status;
• financial readiness, if requested;
• photos or appearance;
• social media or online presence;
• religious, spiritual, family, or lifestyle goals, if you choose to provide them; or
• readiness for focused courtship.

You must promptly tell us if information you provided becomes inaccurate or materially incomplete.

9. Courtship Standard and Conduct

Aligned Courtship is built around intentional, serious, values-based courtship. By participating, you agree to act with honesty, respect, discretion, emotional responsibility, and basic human decency.

Participants must not use the service for casual sexual access, manipulation, coercion, infidelity, financial extraction, harassment, intimidation, or emotional gamesmanship.

You agree to communicate respectfully, honor boundaries, avoid pressure, and respect another participant's right to decline, pause, or end communication at any time.

Aligned Courtship may require participants to acknowledge a separate courtship-standard agreement, privacy and conduct agreement, or anti-scam policy before introductions.

10. No Financial Requests and Anti-Scam Rule

Participants may not request, solicit, pressure, imply, encourage, or accept money, loans, gifts, investments, cryptocurrency, business funding, emergency assistance, travel funds, medical funds, rent, debt payment, financial favors, or other financial benefits from another participant.

Participants may not promote investments, cryptocurrency opportunities, business deals, fundraising campaigns, charitable donations, paid coaching, paid services, adult content, or commercial opportunities to another participant.

This rule applies whether the request is direct, indirect, emotional, urgent, disguised as an emergency, framed as a test of commitment, or made through a third party.

Violating this rule may result in removal, reporting, blocking, refusal of future service, or other action.

11. Private Introductions and Confidentiality

Aligned Courtship is private by design.

You agree not to copy, screenshot, record, publish, post, forward, share, distribute, or disclose another participant's photos, private information, personal contact details, introduction summary, matchmaker comments, messages, or other confidential information without written permission.

You may not use information obtained through Aligned Courtship to harass, shame, expose, investigate, market to, solicit, contact outside the intended introduction process, or otherwise harm another participant.

Limited sharing for normal relationship purposes is permitted only when reasonable, respectful, lawful, and not harmful. For example, you may privately discuss your own dating decisions with a trusted friend, family member, therapist, clergy member, or advisor, provided you do not misuse or publicly disclose another participant's private information.

12. User Content and Photos

You may submit photos, written answers, profile information, social links, messages, and other content to Aligned Courtship.

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, you grant Aligned Courtship a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, review, evaluate, organize, summarize, display internally, and, where appropriate, privately share limited portions of your content with potential matches for the purpose of providing the service.

This license is limited to operating, improving, protecting, and providing Aligned Courtship services. It does not give us permission to publicly post your photos or sensitive profile information without additional permission.

Photos may be used internally for application review, identity and photo consistency checks, matchmaker evaluation, screening, and limited private introduction summaries. Photos will not be displayed in a public profile because Aligned Courtship does not use public profiles.

You represent and warrant that:

• you have the right to submit the content;
• the content is truthful and not misleading;
• your photos depict you and are recent, accurate, and not materially altered in a deceptive way;
• the content does not violate another person's rights; and
• the content does not contain unlawful, abusive, explicit, exploitative, or harmful material.

Aligned Courtship may remove, decline, blur, crop, summarize, or refuse to use any content in its discretion.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the service if you are under 18;
• submit false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information;
• impersonate another person;
• submit photos of another person as yourself;
• use the service while married, committed, dating, sleeping with, or emotionally involved with someone else unless accurately disclosed and accepted by Aligned Courtship;
• use the service for affairs, cheating, casual sex, sugar dating, prostitution, escorting, adult content, trafficking, or exploitation;
• request money, loans, gifts, investments, crypto, emergency funds, financial support, or business funding;
• harass, threaten, stalk, shame, pressure, manipulate, or abuse another person;
• send sexually explicit content without consent;
• pressure any person for sex, intimacy, exclusivity, marriage, children, money, religion, relocation, or any other major decision;
• disclose private participant information;
• scrape, harvest, copy, or misuse information from the website;
• interfere with the website's security or operation;
• upload malware or harmful code;
• use automated tools to access the website without permission;
• violate any law or regulation;
• use the service in a way that could harm Aligned Courtship or another participant; or
• assist another person in doing any of the above.

14. Safety and Offline Interactions

You are responsible for your own judgment, decisions, communications, boundaries, transportation, location choices, and offline interactions.

Aligned Courtship may help facilitate introductions, but we do not supervise dates, guarantee conduct, verify every statement, monitor all communications, or control participant behavior.

Screening, verification, interviews, reference checks, background checks, and matchmaker judgment reduce certain risks but do not eliminate risk.

You should use common sense and caution when meeting anyone. Consider meeting in a public place, telling a trusted person where you are going, arranging your own transportation, protecting your personal information, and leaving any situation that feels unsafe or inappropriate.

If you experience or observe concerning conduct, report it promptly to [email protected]. If there is an emergency or immediate danger, contact 911 or local law enforcement first.

15. Fees and Future Paid Services

Women may apply for free.

Aligned Courtship may offer paid services in the future, including paid services for men, private matchmaking packages, screening services, consulting, events, or other offerings. Any paid service may require a separate written agreement.

No paid service is created unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed or accepted by the paying customer.

16. Communications Consent

By submitting your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you consent to receive communications from Aligned Courtship related to your application, screening, scheduling, verification, introductions, safety, policy updates, service notices, and related matters.

If you opt in to marketing communications, you may receive newsletters, updates, event invitations, or promotional messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive calls or text messages related to your application or participation. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by replying STOP, if supported, or by contacting us at [email protected].

We may still send transactional, safety, legal, or service-related messages where permitted by law.

17. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.

By using the website, submitting an application, uploading photos, participating in screening, or engaging with the service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

18. Intellectual Property

The website, brand, name, logos, design, text, graphics, forms, questionnaires, screening framework, compatibility process, scorecards, internal criteria, software, workflows, and other materials are owned by Aligned Courtship or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the website or service without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

19. Termination and Refusal of Service

Aligned Courtship may reject, decline, suspend, remove, block, or terminate any applicant or participant at any time, subject to applicable law.

Reasons may include, without limitation:

• inaccurate or incomplete information;
• safety concerns;
• misalignment with the service;
• inappropriate conduct;
• violation of these Terms;
• suspected scam activity;
• suspected harassment or abuse;
• refusal to complete requested verification;
• concerns identified during screening; or
• any other reason we determine appropriate in our discretion.

We are not required to provide introductions, continue communications, or explain internal decisions.

20. Disclaimers

Aligned Courtship provides a private introductions and courtship-related service. We are not providing therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, pastoral counseling, religious counseling, crisis counseling, or guaranteed relationship coaching.

You should seek qualified professional help for medical, mental health, legal, financial, religious, or safety issues.

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Courtship disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, safety, and outcome.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Courtship LLC and its owners, managers, members, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, emotional distress, reputational harm, loss of data, relationship harm, personal injury, financial loss, or damages arising from participant conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Courtship's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website, service, application process, screening, verification, introduction, communication, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to Aligned Courtship for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event giving rise to liability; or
• $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aligned Courtship LLC and its owners, managers, members, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the website or service;
• your application or participation;
• information or content you submit;
• your communications or offline interactions with another participant;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of law;
• your violation of another person's rights;
• your misrepresentation, omission, or misconduct; or
• your request for money, gifts, investments, loans, or other financial benefits from another participant.

23. Dispute Resolution

Please read this section carefully. It may affect your legal rights.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact Aligned Courtship at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Your notice must include your name, contact information, a description of the dispute, and the relief you seek.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies, subject to the governing law and venue described below. Either party may also bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of confidential information or intellectual property.

24. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

25. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update the Terms, we will post the revised version on the website and update the "Last Updated" date. Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of the website or service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
